Friday, March 6
Leadership Luncheon & Community Build
An inspiring day that brings together industry leaders, advocates, and workforce champions.
The day includes two hands-on Community Build shifts with a midday Leadership Luncheon in between.

Networking with employers and community leaders
You’ll hear stories from women in the trades, corporate partners, and program graduates who are reshaping the workforce landscape in Charlotte and beyond.
Community Impact Build (Two Shifts):
Attendees roll up their sleeves during either the morning or afternoon shift (or both) for a hands-on build project benefiting local families and nonprofits.
